We are looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, controlling, and optimizing daily warehouse operations. This role ensures the proper receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods, while guaranteeing compliance with the company’s safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily execution of warehouse operations through continuous monitoring.
  • Ensure that receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and returns activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
  • Coordinate workload planning, task assignments, and achievement of daily objectives.
  • Monitor compliance with productivity standards and inventory accuracy.
  • Validate proper material handling and the application of the FIFO method to ensure adequate product rotation.
  • Control and follow up on cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and internal audits.
  • Supervise product integrity throughout the logistics process and resolve operational issues.
  • Promote continuous improvement in operational and value-added (kitting/maquila) processes.
  • Propose improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Prepare operational, incident, and daily/weekly performance reports for Management.
  • Foster a work environment based on respect, discipline, and collaboration among teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proper shipment flow and on-time deliveries.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer which will be contingent upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor. The standard clearance requirements depend on the position and may include some or all of the following: criminal or credit clearance, employment verification, education verification, and driver’s abstract review.
