We are looking to hire a Production Coordinator.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a mid-level Cost and Budget Analyst to join our finance team at Solutions 2 GO. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and the chance to contribute to our company's financial strategy.

Objective
This role is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from concept to delivery. The coordinator will monitor performance, productivity, and quality compliance across various assembly operations managed within the maquila area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Align commercial product demand with production capacity.
  • Plan component availability to meet production needs.
  • Monitor, in coordination with the supplier and PlayStation, the arrival of materials and products to be manufactured.
  • Manage the production process to achieve production and productivity goals.
  • Ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Prepare management reports on component management, production, and quality.
  • Implement improvements to address process deviations or quality issues.
  • Maintain records of quality tests, process audits, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain communication with all stakeholders regarding the status of operations and productivity.
Technical Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 4 years of experience supervising production processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills with a creative approach to idea generation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English. Able to hold technical conversations in English related to planning, supply chain, and operations.
  • Methodical and analytical.
  • Strong team player.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience in the technology or entertainment industry
  • Familiarity with supply chain management principles

The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer which will be contingent upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor. The standard clearance requirements depend on the position and may include some or all of the following: criminal or credit clearance, employment verification, education verification, and driver’s abstract review. In addition, the candidate will be required to provide Solutions 2 GO Inc., with their vaccination status during the background check process.
