We are looking to hire a Process Engineer.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a mid-level Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at Solutions 2 GO. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing and business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality standards are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions that drive operational excellence.

Scope
The Process Engineer plays a key role in designing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the processes used in the production process. The main purpose of this position is to ensure that operations are efficient, cost-effective, safe, and meet the quality required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work with local commercial team and vendors to plan the product demand and components needs
  • Define the production plan and resources needed execute the production plan to meet demand
  • Follow up with vendors the status of components to ensure they are delivered on time to avoid production delays
  • Establish the productivity goals and monitor the execution of the production plans
  • Establish quality procedures to guarantee the proper assembly of products
  • Establish a quality plan to ensure quality is met and identify deviation and implement actions plan to eliminate the deviations
  • Prepare reports to track production goals, inventory levels, process deviations and quality issues
Requirements:
  • Industrial engineer
  • 4 years of experience supervising production processes
  • Bilingual Spanish and English

The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer which will be contingent upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor. The standard clearance requirements depend on the position and may include some or all of the following: criminal or credit clearance, employment verification, education verification, and driver’s abstract review. In addition, the candidate will be required to provide Solutions 2 GO Inc., with their vaccination status during the background check process.
