We are looking to hire a Regional Business Development Coordinator.

Work together with the Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) in developing S2G's partner IPs in the Latin American market. This role involves maximizing sales, generating targeted profits, maintaining healthy inventories, and ensuring accurate brand and IP exposure through marketing efforts. The focus is on optimizing S2G's physical business for the software category. The position requires the creation and implementation of product life cycle strategies, collaboration with S2G's country teams, and effective resource utilization to drive business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Planning: Work with the RBDM and our partners, to craft an annual commercial plan encompassing unit and profit targets by country across Latin America. This involves thorough consideration of key opportunities, market trends, and customer performance per product, considering both new releases and catalogue products. Conduct monthly evaluations against actual performance and adjust proposals for upcoming months to ensure alignment with set objectives.
  • Product Management & Coordination: Work with the RBDM and our partners to execute product and campaign presentations to S2G's commercial and marketing teams to support sales techniques. Follow up on customer forecast estimations, coordinate purchases with the operations team, and ensure accurate product distribution and delivery. Manage PSI reports to identify purchase opportunities for new releases and catalogue products, aiming to boost sales. Review and support lifecycle needs for maintaining healthy retail and warehouse inventory. Provide updates on product status to partners and S2G's leadership to achieve goals.
  • Marketing Strategy: Work with the RBDM to define an ideal marketing plan focusing on enhancing brand exposure for the Partner’s IPs, to drive both physical and digital sales. Coordinate with S2G’s marketing teams to implement a trade marketing strategy tailored for brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels. Develop budget proposals, oversee investments, and measure ROI for all campaigns. Work with the RBDM to address the needs of new releases and seasonal demands to capitalize on sales momentum effectively.
  • Marketing Management: In alignment with the RBDM, present trade marketing strategy to S2G's marketing teams. Assess brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, mass media, and out-of-home proposals based on ROI and strategy alignment. Oversee toolkit development and deployment with S2G's creative team. Ensure proper channel’s implementation, and report results to partners and S2G leadership.
  • Market Expansion and Business Development: Work with the RBDM to identify new market opportunities within the region and develop strategies to expand the brand’s IPs presence. Recognize potential trends or commercial opportunities that will grow the business.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain open lines of communication with key stakeholders within the partner's commercial, marketing, and operations teams to facilitate seamless cooperation. Collaborate closely with S2G's team and our partners to cultivate effective relationships and ensure alignment of goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial positions
  • Solid understanding of life cycle and price strategies
  • Solid understanding of commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing and achieving commercial indicators.
  • Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Spoken and written English

The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer which will be contingent upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor. The standard clearance requirements depend on the position and may include some or all of the following: criminal or credit clearance, employment verification, education verification, and driver’s abstract review.
