We are seeking an RMA Analyst to join our team.

As a Warranty Returns Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our reverse logistics processes and maintaining brand integrity. You will manage the end-to-end warranty lifecycle, ensuring that product returns are processed efficiently while delivering data-driven insights to improve overall product quality and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and validate warranty claims for defective products, ensuring strict compliance with manufacturer policies and internal company standards.
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations to oversee the physical inspection, sorting, and reconciliation of returned inventory for accuracy.
  • Analyze return trends and generate detailed reports to identify recurring quality issues, factory defects, or fraudulent claim patterns.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customer service teams and authorized service centers to expedite repair, replacement, or credit processes.
  • Maintain accurate digital records within the ERP system to track credit memos, shipping documentation, and the final disposition of assets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in reverse logistics, warranty administration, or supply chain analysis.
  • Strong technical knowledge of consumer electronics or gaming hardware to accurately assess and troubleshoot product defects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience working with integrated ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of managing complex administrative workflows with high accuracy.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively interact with international vendors and diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Previous experience working specifically within the video game distribution or consumer technology retail industry.
  • Formal certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) or a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Deep familiarity with local consumer protection laws and warranty regulations across Latin American markets.
  • Experience utilizing data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to track and present return metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.

The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer which will be contingent upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor. The standard clearance requirements depend on the position and may include some or all of the following: criminal or credit clearance, employment verification, education verification, and driver’s abstract review.
