We are looking to hire a Full Stack Developer.

As a Full Stack Developer at Solutions 2 GO, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our software applications. In addition to your development responsibilities, you will also provide application support to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise. It is expected to have a bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English).

Desired allocation time on coding new projects: 70%

Desired allocation time on Support tasks: 30%

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions for the LATAM and North America Divisions.
  • Work closely with backend developers to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate front-end components with backend services.
  • Create Scalable software that could be portable to other divisions or business areas with minimal adjustments.
  • Provide application support to diagnose and resolve issues, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure the smooth operation of our systems. Ability to perform support on Legacy Software.
  • Conduct end to end testing and debugging to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of the applications you develop.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and application support, and advocate for the adoption of new technologies and tools as appropriate.
  • Document technical specifications, procedures, and best practices to ensure the maintainability and scalability of our applications.
  • Perform other duties as requested by Development Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven Development experience of +4 Years.
  • Knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core.
  • Solid knowledge of API Principles and architecture and basic notions of networking.
  • Very proficient at SQL, with the ability to design and optimize complex queries and database schemas.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts fluently in both languages.
  • Knowledge of Front-end Framework such as node.js or similar but not limited to Javascript.
  • Experience providing application support, diagnosing, and resolving issues, and troubleshooting bugs.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated, with a passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Desired Experience with ecommerce API Platform with popular marketplaces (Mercadolibre, Amazon, etc.).
  • Familiarity with enterprise environments, including knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer which will be contingent upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor. The standard clearance requirements depend on the position and may include some or all of the following: criminal or credit clearance, employment verification, education verification, and driver’s abstract review.
