The S2G team is growing! We’re seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Mobility team.

Scope:
The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in supporting the external sales team and ensuring seamless customer experiences. This position is responsible for managing inbound sales inquiries, processing customer orders, maintaining ongoing client relationships, and coordinating the portfolio of mobile phones and accessories. The role requires a highly motivated, customer-oriented professional who is comfortable with technology, excels at managing multiple priorities, and thrives in a dynamic, team-driven environment. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal departments, the Inside Sales Representative will contribute to driving sales performance and delivering high-quality service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to mobile phones and accessories, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Engage directly with customers to assess needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong business relationships
  • Support the Mobility Sales Team by qualifying leads, generating quotes, and managing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide assistance to external sales representatives and contribute to upselling opportunities and lead progression
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using Asana, and process transactions through GP Dynamics
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Deliver value-added services to customers, including bundle creation and coordination of marketing assets and printed materials
  • Provide customers with relevant product knowledge and technical support to address questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotional campaigns, rebates (BER) initiatives, and new product launches
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inside sales, preferably in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in GP Dynamics and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for mobile technology and a commitment to delivering customer service excellence

The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer which will be contingent upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor. The standard clearance requirements depend on the position and may include some or all of the following: criminal or credit clearance, employment verification, education verification, and driver’s abstract review.
