The S2G Team is Growing! We are looking to hire a Trade Marketing Manager, Argentina Paraguay & Uruguay!

This position would serve and a guideline product and brand develop between vendors and Argentina, Paraguay & Uruguay market. Also, as bridge with Finance, Logistics, Vendors, Publishers and all Local Teams with the idea to add value and bring revenue to S2G operations.

Functions:

  • Leadership
  • Constant search for improvement opportunities within the marketing team.
  • Supervise Colombian brand and Trade Marketing efforts.
  • Secure implementation of all projects and regional pillars throughout the country guaranteeing success.
  • KPI´s management with sales data.
  • Country expansions and channels plan Online, Market Places and retails point of sales.
  • Management ATL – PR – BTL & Digital agency is required.
  • Business Development
  • Search for business opportunities and new channels with potential vendors and brand alliances
  • E-Commerce Strategy
  • Development a strong online strategy a cross Colombia.
  • SEO - SEM
  • Leads Generation
  • Data Base
  • Product Launches
  • Develop general marketing strategy
  • Implementation´s control
  • Country KPI (Sales Data)
  • Product Management
  • Supervision of product performance (Sell through)
  • Evaluate product tactics and sales strategy to improve life cycle
  • 3erd Party vendor Management
  • Partners´ first contact.
  • Partners’ Marketing Funds negotiation.
  • Develop a Brand and Marketing strategy for Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.
  • Trade Marketing Projects
  • Identify POS needs and develop strategy.
  • Shelf share analysis and POS productivity Colombia by retail.
  • Present plans and negotiate funds with partners.
  • ROI analysis on investment programs.
  • Promoters
  • Secure tools and guarantee promoter’s structure excellent execution in Argentina.
  • ROI analysis on promoter’s investment programs and structure expansion.
  • Implement retail´s trainee programs to ensure high standards of promoters, store managers and floor sales man.
  • Local Events
  • Supervise the correct implementation by Local teams.
  • Budget (AD&PRO)
  • Define Argentina, Paraguay & Uruguay Marketing budget according P&L by commercial area.
  • Internal budget supervision and regional report
