The S2G Team is Growing! We are looking to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst!
The BI Analyst will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager and provide support to the Sales team. This role will also be responsible for collecting, processing, and reporting on business transactions.
This person will act as the main point of contact for demand planning, sales reporting, and analysis for the assigned country. They will also be responsible for consolidating forecast reports for the business.
- Generate and deliver weekly and monthly reports and analysis on sales, product planning, sell-in, sell-through, and inventory levels.
- Be responsible for the monthly forecast presentation, which includes two key activities:
- Coordinate the monthly demand planning process, working closely with the Sales and Planning teams to ensure alignment on product orders and their flow.
- Present the consolidated monthly sales forecast to the Purchasing team.
- Analyze the value chain of current products and explore new business opportunities.
- Develop inventory and demand reports at the SKU level by retailer on a weekly and/or monthly basis, in alignment with the Sales team.
- Provide overall sales projections in alignment with the Sales team.
- Generate P&L (Profit and Loss) and budget reports by country group.
- Coordinate with Regional Purchasing, Operations and Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate product shipments and purchase order processing.
- Maintain close communication with retailers to facilitate data acquisition.
- Create tools/techniques to transform raw data into meaningful business insights.
- Maintain cross-reference files to properly interpret sell-through sales data and vendor data.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in planning and data management.
- Advanced student or graduate in Engineering (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Power Query. SQL is a plus.
- Previous experience in consumer electronics or a related industry (preferred).
- Good written and verbal communication skills – must be able to clearly convey information and ideas.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, adaptability, problem-solving ability, organization, and results orientation.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, proactive, team-oriented, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Intermediate English.
The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer which will be contingent upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor.
